My name is Shy and I am a proud mother of twins and a toddler. I used to work for a large market research firm for over 10 years. I had handled teams and managed numerous projects during my stay there. However, when I gave birth to twins, I had to give up my career to become a full-time mother.  I wanted to give my kids the best care there is and I didn’t want that to come from someone I barely know.  Having a really active brain, I thought of things to do to keep it occupied. I have set up this site initially to help out fellow moms (especially first-time-moms) out there who’d like to know some few tips and tricks of embracing motherhood.

However, my journey to motherhood had introduced me to the world of freelancing! I found out that moms can actually earn money while staying at home to take care of the kids. So I became a virtual worker. My vast experience and skills I learned in the corporate world had helped me find jobs online.

My services include social media management (including content creation and managing social media accounts like responding to comments, messages, etc.), website creation or management (through wordpress), creating invoice templates, excel data management, email handling, customer service (chat support, inbound calls, responding to customer reviews, etc.) and various administrative duties. My team now serves clients looking for payroll and bookkeeping help.
